At the Eastern India Aortic Conclave, we understand that Circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your Registration for our Events. We strive to provide Clear Guidelines for Cancellations & Refunds to ensure a Fair & Transparent Process for all Participants.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your Registration for any Reason, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting our Team at easternindiaaorticconclave@gmail.com. Please note the following:

1. Cancellations received 30 Number of Days or more before the Event Start Date will be eligible for a Full Refund, minus any Processing Fees.

2. Cancellations received within 15 number of Days of the Event Start Date may be subject to a Partial Refund, at the discretion of the Eastern India Aortic Conclave Organizers.

3. No refunds will be issued for Cancellations received after the Event has started.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed using the Original Method of Payment. Please allow 7-10 Number of Days for the Refund to be credited to your Account. In the case of Offline Payments (e.g., Bank Transfers, Cheque Payments), Refunds will be processed Manually by our Team. Please note the following Additional Guidelines for Offline Refunds:

1. Offline Refund Requests must be submitted in writing to our Team at easternindiaaorticconclave@gmail.com.

2. Refunds for Offline Payments may take Longer to process than Refunds for Online Payments, due to Additional Administrative Steps.

3. Please ensure that you provide Accurate Bank Account Details for the Refund to be processed correctly.

4. Any Bank Charges incurred during the Refund Process will be deducted from the Refunded Amount.
